Overcoming Data Fragmentation
The client used one database for data and the other for entry systems and reporting. These resided on the same machine. There was no synchronization of data between users.
OUR STRATEGIC SOLUTION
Users could not synchronize their data. We moved their Microsoft Access data into an Azure SQL Database.
Impact Through Integration
Our implementation made viewing claims simpler. Invoices were generated from the claims detail to eliminate re-entering data.. Users could work from home because the data was synchronized. There were many reports that were improved. Invoices looked more professional..
